Frame is in a privileged position to have a solid SaaS solution already well positioned in Denmark and being newly funded. 

With a clear vision, and a committed team we have been busy creating workflows, processes and systems that will allow growth and scaling, complemented with the V01 of a traction strategy. 

Frame Aps is a great startup going all in with our passion: to enable sustainability in the construction industry. For that, we develop and market Frame, a sustainability reporting platform that our customers love, as it enables all construction industry stakeholders document, manage, and improve their sustainability efforts and compliance. 

As we want to enable many more organizations to share this passion and embrace sustainability in the Nordics and beyond, we are embarking in a market expansion phase. 

That’s where you come in… we are looking for a VP of Sales able to build our sales operations from scratch and be part of this great adventure. 

Is this you?

  • This is the opportunity you’ve been dreaming of to boost your commercial career, and to pursue your passion about sustainability. 

  • You come from a scale up SaaS company and have significantly contributed to growth and scaling through new customer acquisition. 

  • You can take a SaaS Solution that is well positioned in Denmark to the next level in the Nordics and beyond, and you can explain how you will do it. 

  • If you come from Corporate, you’re fed up with it, and need a career change to make an impact, take ownership, and really take off as a professional. 

  • You are incredibly good in grasping vision and direction of the company and translating them into concrete initiatives to drive growth. 

  • You understand sales as the process of grasping the customer vision and creating a personalized solution to help them succeed. Oh yes, you are outstanding in closing and obsessed with the experience through the process. 

  • Our target audience has a highly technical profile and knows loads about their subject. As you’ll be doing technical sales, you are great in doing what it takes to become their trusted advisor. 

  • Management/hiring experience is not a must, but you are outstanding in leading horizontal, cross functional teams. You’ll be creating a successful team after all! 

  • You are driven, curious, coachable, a fast learner, and a champion in taking action, prioritizing, and owning your decisions, always focused on the output. 

  • You think in systems and have previously built processes and workflows to deliver results. You have a demonstrated experience and ability in developing, leading and executing relevant and effective sales and marketing strategies to targeted audiences and technical profiles. You are able to ask marketing for the right support. 

  • You love numbers, metrics, and KPIs and are convinced that not supporting performance management with data is absurd. 

  • You excel in communicating, explaining, reporting, documenting and asking questions, in English and Danish.

This is a full time, newly created position based in our great Copenhagen office and combining remote. It is supported by a very aligned marketing/product vision, close coaching, and a personal development plan. You’ll get a base salary, be part of the management team, and work in close collaboration with the CEO. Based on results, the successful hire is eligible to a stock grant.
